Scala Amsterdam

SCALA is a sustainable residential building at the entrance to the Kenniskwartier on Amsterdam’s Zuidas, comprising 73 rental homes and approximately 300 m² of commercial space. A green canyon forms the heart of the building, connecting living, working and culture. With CO₂-negative bricks, PV façade panels and abundant greenery and biodiversity, SCALA is designed for a future-proof Zuidas.

Our team has won the tender for Insulindestraat in Rotterdam! As a development partner of KIKX, we will be developing Via Insulae. This unique building will feature 28 urban owner-occupied homes in the mid-range segment, combined with an attractive pedestrian connection between the Spoordriehoek and the future Hofbogenpark. Sales are expected to start mid-2025!

On Slingerweg in Breda, we are developing a standalone office building near the central station. Located on the west side of the station, the plot will become a striking part of an area that is currently transforming from a traditional business park into a modern work and knowledge campus focused on applied technology and creativity.
